Ski area Patscherkofel
The ski area is particularly family-friendly: in Kofele's Kinderland right at the valley station, near the sun terrace of the "Das Hausberg" restaurant, the little ones can playfully gain their first experience in the snow in three different practice areas. Parents can relax and enjoy the view or watch from the terrace.
Those who want to get active themselves will find the right challenge with more demanding pistes such as the Olympic downhill run. The sunny terrain also offers a fantastic panoramic view over Innsbruck and the Stubai and Inn valleys - ideal conditions for a successful day's skiing.
Night skiing Patscherkofel
The piste in Igls doesn't always end at nightfall. Night skiing is becoming increasingly popular and is being offered by more and more lifts, including in Igls. As in many ski areas in Austria, there are also floodlit sections of piste here. The Patscherkofel illuminates around 1 kilometre of the Heiligwasser piste for night owls. The Olex Restaurant is also open at these times. Anyone who has never tried night skiing should pay this ski area a visit in the evening. It's a special experience that will leave you wanting more.Après ski Patscherkofel
If you are looking for a more active end to the day or an alternative to alpine sports, the area around the Stubai and Inntal valleys offers countless hiking trails where you can explore with or without snowshoes. There are numerous toboggan runs in the area for all sledging enthusiasts and the Olympic bobsleigh and toboggan run is an absolute highlight for all adrenaline junkies. Inexperienced guests can whizz down the run in a guest bobsleigh with a professional guide and, depending on the weather, you can even get into a wok. This is not for the faint-hearted.
If you feel more like dancing late into the night, we recommend a trip to the Tyrolean capital of Innsbruck, which leaves nothing to be desired with its various bars, pubs and discos. You're sure not to get bored here!
Snowpark Patscherkofel: Patscherkofel Snowpark
The Patscherkofel Snowpark is the freestyle Eldorado above Innsbruck and ideal for adrenaline junkies and freestylers of all levels. Directly on the piste at the Panorama chair lift, you will find a long setup consisting of various obstacles that are continuously shaped. One highlight is the miniramp, which will delight beginners and pros alike.
The park is divided into three areas. The upper area offers simple obstacles and a chill area. The centrepiece at the short t-bar lift is aimed at experienced riders with creative rails and tubes. There is another small park section near the middle station.
