Cross-country Engelberg
Information on cross-country skiing
42 km Cross-country trails (in km):
The ski region has a network of trails totalling 35 km, which can be used free of charge with the guest card. The Engelberg valley trail, which is groomed in parallel for classic skiers and skaters, offers a varied challenge over a length of 25 km.
On the Gerschnialp you will find another 8 km cross-country ski trail, which stretches over the entire Gerschnialp area to Untertrübsee. Short, intense, but also longer climbs and beautiful sections through the snow-covered Gerschniwald forest can be found on this interesting cross-country trail.
Anybody who still has enough stamina after sunset can test the extended World Cup trail on the night trail in the Sporting Park, which stretches for around 2 km.
