Ski vacations Val d'Arly - winter delights in picturesque surroundings!

Val d'Arly, located at the boarder of the Savoyards to the High Savoyards, is a picturesque valley with wonderful views all round about on to the Chaîne des Aravis, the Beaufortain massif and the Bauges. Numerous churches and chapels are to be found throughout the region, which was once a part of the host area for the winter Olympics of Albertville. With its 185 km of piste and the adjoining ski area Espace Diamant skiers of all levels of skiing knowledge will find what they are looking for.

The inhabitants especially value the rare climate of the valley: due to it's significant location there is never any fog, however all the more snow and sunny days to enjoy. Furthermore the valley is especially well-known for its cheese production, which has always been and still is one of the most important sources of income for the people of the valley. Tradition is important here and guests will enjoy the cosy and warm atmosphere in the authentic alpine region.
