Ski area Rangger Köpfl

The "Rangger Köpfl" lift pass gives you access to 13 kilometres of piste, including ski routes, which cover an altitude difference of approx. 1,100 metres. The small, family-friendly ski area is located around 15 kilometres west of Innsbruck. The nine-kilometre-long, scenic descent from Rangger Köpfl to Stiglreith is particularly recommended. The easy to intermediate pistes are perfectly groomed and also appeal to skiers who are not yet absolutely confident on skis.

Families benefit from the relatively flat pistes. First turns can be practised in the "Kids Park" with magic carpet on Rangger Köpfl. Freestylers get their money's worth in a small soft fun park.

Night skiing Rangger Köpfl

For many winter sports enthusiasts, night skiing is a special experience. Many ski areas in Austria open their floodlit pistes at night for this purpose. You can also use the slopes at Rangger Köpfl in the evening. There is around 1 km of night skiing piste on the Rangger Köpfl. The "Peter Anich" eight-seater gondola lift takes you to the mountain station on the Stiglreith (1,400 m). From there, you can take the "Egghoflift" tow lift to the piste. From here, the descent to the valley down to Oberperfuss is floodlit. The operating hours are Tuesdays and Fridays from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm until the beginning of March. It's not just skiers who get their money's worth, as night tobogganing is also on offer at Rangger Köpfl.

Après ski Rangger Köpfl

In Oberperfuss there are cosy mountain huts as well as bars and restaurants where you can round off the day in style. The village also has an approx. 10 km long toboggan run - 8 km of which are floodlit - and you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery on the countless winter hiking trails. Or why not explore the surrounding area on a snowshoe hiking tour?

For party animals looking for even more choice, but also for those interested in culture, we recommend a trip to Innsbruck, approx. 15 km away. The capital of Tyrol offers a variety of clubs, discos and trendy pubs as well as a diverse range of theatres, cinemas, museums, restaurants and concerts.
