Around the Wilder Kaiser, there are around 148 km of perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails to suit all abilities. The extensive network leads through sun-kissed valleys and offers connections to the trails near St. Johann and Kitzbühel. Going has a total of around 40 km of trails, the longest of which offers cross-country skiers a distance of 15.5 km. In neighbouring Ellmau there are a further 19 km of trails, of which the Kaiserloipe is the longest at 5.5 km!
It is also recommendable to try the 2.2 km long high altitude track at Hochbrixen with magnificent panoramic view. Another highlight is the 1.2 km long illuminated piste in Scheffau. Cross-country fans can continue their rounds until 21:30. The neighbouring resorts Söll, itter and Hopfgarten also offer fantastic trails in wonderful surroundings to enjoy the lovely scenery.
