Night skiing Bludenz

Approx. 10 km from the resort entrance to Bludenz in the placid village of Brand, winter sports enthusiasts can look forward to a small night ski piste. Brand is one of the access points to the ski area, and also the centre for night-time skiing in Brandner Valley. The Schedlerhof towlift at the resort entrance extends its operation hours once per week, and you can go skiing on the beginner-friendly piste until the evening. Exact dates and times for night skiing are announced on a local notice board (usually Thursdays starting at 17:00). If you own a multiple-day lift pass or the Brandner Valley tourist card, night skiing is for free.

On some night ski evenings, the resort organises ski races for the guests, and everybody can participate for a small fee. Food and drink are available in the nearby "Thomy's Liftstüble".

Après ski Bludenz

If you prefer sporty activities you can explore the countless winter hiking path leading past the mysterious stone circles or up to the Tschegla high plateau. On Alpe Rona, hikers can not only enjoy fresh alpine products during their break, they can also watch the dairyman during the cheese production.

Four toboggan runs can be found in Brandner Valley. Speedy sledge rides are not only possible on the 1.4 km toboggan run in Bürserberg: the 9.6 km natural toboggan run Schneegalant down to Brand as well as the 3 km natural toboggan run Eggen, which is illuminated in the evening, are an absolute must-visit.

A total of 200 km signed winter hiking trails and snow shoe routes are available in order to explore the impressive winter scenery around Bludenz. One of the highlights is the 7 km trail up to the summit cross at Muttjöchle.

Ideal for relaxation after a long day on skis is the alpine adventure pool VAL BLU. While adults can enjoy the approx. 800 m² large sauna area, the little ones can let of steam in the pool area with an 70 m speed slide.
